To access certain features (such as saving coupons to your profile), you may register for a free account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at legal@zane.marketing if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

5. How SaveHopper Works

SaveHopper aggregates coupon codes, promotional deals, and discount offers from a wide range of brands and retailers. Content is compiled by our team and, in future, may also include community submissions.

Clicking a "Get Deal" or "Reveal Code" button may redirect you to the merchant's website through an affiliate tracking link. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through such a link, at no additional cost to you.

6. Coupon & Deal Information

While we strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee that:

• Any coupon code will be valid or accepted at the time of use.
• Discount values, expiry dates, or terms shown are correct.
• A listed deal is still available with the merchant.

Coupons and deals are subject to the merchant's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for failed transactions, price changes, or merchant errors.

7. Affiliate Links & Commercial Relationships

SaveHopper participates in affiliate marketing programmes across multiple networks. We may receive a commission or other compensation when you click certain links and subsequently make a purchase or take an action on a third-party website.

Our affiliate relationships do not influence which coupons or deals we feature. All affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising standards, including the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements.

8. User-Generated Content

SaveHopper may, now or in the future, allow users to submit coupon codes, deals, reviews, or other content ("User Content"). If and when this feature is available, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit.
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your User Content is not false, misleading, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• By submitting User Content you grant Zane a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting SaveHopper.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

9. Premium Features

SaveHopper may in the future offer paid subscription plans or premium features. If and when such features are introduced, separate terms governing pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds will be presented to you before any purchase is completed. Those additional terms will form part of this agreement.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use SaveHopper for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the website without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful or destructive code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading coupon codes or deals.
• Use the website to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website or its underlying infrastructure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on SaveHopper including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Zane or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Indian Copyright Act 1957.

You may browse and use SaveHopper for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks of third-party merchants displayed on SaveHopper remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance on SaveHopper does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with SaveHopper.

12. Third-Party Websites & Services

SaveHopper contains links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.

Your use of any third-party website is governed by that website's own terms and policies. We encourage you to review them before making a purchase.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaveHopper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zane disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zane and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of SaveHopper, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand) or the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zane and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of SaveHopper; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any User Content you submit; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@zane.marketing and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-site notice.

Your continued use of SaveHopper after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using SaveHopper.
